Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa Attorneys at Law Represent Client Abuse Case Involving School Bus Aid on St. Lucie Public School Bus
Our 9-year-old client has special needs and was aboard the ESE school bus with other students, the bus driver and bus aid when the bus aid become violent and aggressive towards our client causing personal injury. The entire incident was recorded by the client’s sibling.
