Owen S. Tendrich

OWEN S. TENDRICH is a West Palm Beach native who joined Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa in 2025. His practice focuses on representing individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, unsafe premises, defective products, and other negligence-based incidents.

Owen began his legal career in family law litigation, where he honed client-focused advocacy skills while preparing pleadings, drafting motions, and managing discovery in complex disputes. During his undergraduate studies, he interned for the Honorable James Dekleva of the Seminole County Circuit Court, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and trial procedure.

He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Technology, and Cybersecurity Law. While in law school, Owen served as Vice President of the National Security Law Society and was an active member of the Disability Allied Law Student Association, the Intellectual Property Law Society, and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Intelligence & National Security.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2024, Owen is a member of both the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.

Rooted in his hometown and committed to client advocacy, Owen works tirelessly to secure full and fair compensation for those harmed by the negligence of others. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends—and is an unapologetic Miami Heat fan.
