Daniel L. CollinsWorkers’ Compensation Attorney

(866) 640-7117
Daniel L. Collins

For over four decades, people have turned to Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa for trusted legal support after being injured at work and seeking Workers’ Compensation in Florida. The firm is proud to feature an accomplished team of attorneys who have secured meaningful victories for clients across a wide range of cases.

Attorney Daniel L. Collins is a seasoned member of that team, bringing decades of focused experience in Workers’ Compensation law.

Originally from Illinois, Mr. Collins earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. After years of enduring cold winters, he made the move to sunny South Florida, where he now passionately advocates for injured workers.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Collins served as a prosecutor, championing the protection of crime victims. He later worked as defense counsel for employers and insurance companies in Workers' Compensation claims. Witnessing firsthand how unfairly injured workers were often treated, he chose to shift his focus and dedicate his practice to helping workers secure the benefits they deserve. His unique background gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies operate—knowledge he now uses to fight for the rights of his clients.

Mr. Collins is also active in the legal community. He serves on several professional associations, including the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Emerging Leaders Committee, the Treasure Coast Justice Association, and others. He is also a proud supporter of the Notre Dame Club—Go Irish!

"I'm passionate about standing up for injured workers and making sure they receive the full benefits and lost wages they’re entitled to. Everyone deserves a strong advocate who will fight for their rights every step of the way," says Daniel.

He is committed to helping his clients receive the best medical care and maximum compensation so they can move forward and live a better life.
