Luis Sosa was born in Cuba, and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Today, as a trial attorney and partner at Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa, he proudly fights for the rights of the injured - taking on powerful insurance companies and large corporations that attempt to deny fair compensation to individuals and families.
A passionate and tenacious litigator, Mr. Sosa has successfully tried numerous cases to verdicts, earning a reputation for his relentless advocacy and courtroom skills. He believes that every client deserves a voice and that justice is best achieved through preparation, determination, and fearless representation. Whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table, he is known for his unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients.
Mr. Sosa earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with academic honors from the University of Central Florida, and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, he honed his advocacy skills as a member of the Barry Trial Team and the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity.
Deeply committed to both his clients and his community, Mr. Sosa has served on numerous boards. He currently serves as a board member for Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue and sits as a committee member of the 19th Circuit Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar. In the past, Mr. Sosa was the President of the Saint Lucie County Bar Association, was the 19th Circuit Young Lawyers Board of Governor, and is a proud member of The Florida Bar’s Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy (Class VI).
Mr. Sosa has been recognized by his peers and the legal community for his excellence and leadership, including being named one of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and earning recognition from Super Lawyers, U.S. News - The Best Lawyers in America, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
