At Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles, we put our clients first – no matter what it takes. Our philosophy can be summed up in one word: Service.
We don’t just say we’ll stand by your side – we act on it. Our work on your case begins with listening. We pay careful attention to you and your specific needs – not only financial, but also mental, physical, and emotional. We approach your case with compassion to ensure that we hear you out and we pursue a result that meets all your needs, now and in the future.
We focus on representing clients in personal injury, catastrophic injury, premises liability, negligent security, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, Social Security claims, and more. Our assistance with your case begins with your initial free consultation. At our first meeting, you’ll speak to one of our licensed attorneys, who will listen carefully in order to understand the specific details that make your situation unique.
Our attorneys dedicate their time and attention to ensuring your case is handled efficiently and thoroughly. We communicate with you at least once every six weeks to ensure that your case cannot fall through the cracks. We frequently help clients make doctor’s appointments, submit information requests, and handle the other tasks required to build the best case possible.
If you have a question or need help, we’re available by phone at any time. We strive to answer every question asked during business hours on that same day. Need to call after business hours have ended? We’ll do all we can to respond within 24 hours.
We dedicate the highest level of care and attention to each case because we believe that our job extends past the courtroom and into the community. By helping each client achieve the highest possible quality of life as a result of their case, we improve life for everyone in the West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie areas – while also sending a clear message that negligently causing harm to neighbors will not be tolerated here.
Like many law firms, we offer multiple locations in order to better serve our clients. Unlike many law firms, we treat each location as “home.”
At Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles, we don’t work out of one “main office” and a subordinate “satellite office.” Instead, our attorneys treat both our West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie offices as home. We’re actively engaged in both communities. Whether we’re raising funds for diabetes research or raising the roof on a house for a disadvantaged family, our attorneys and staff believe in giving back.
