He has more than 32 years of experience practicing law. His journey as a workers' compensation attorney started at a young age with a passion to help others who have been injured. Marc received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova, Southeastern University in 1987. He is known for his professionalism, personal touch and his special ability to understand people. Marc has handled thousands of cases and can easily build good working relationships with his clients. He has extensive knowledge of the law and is always working on staying on top of new laws.
Before joining Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa, Mr. Golden served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. For five years, he tried cases ranging from homicides to driving under the influence or DUI. Attorney Marc E. Golden is a lifetime resident of South Florida and prior to practicing law he started working at a young age as a warehouse worker operating forklifts and delivery trucks. After his work as an Assistant State Attorney, he continued his practice as an insurance defense lawyer, representing carriers in workers' compensation and personal injury. This period of time was crucial to the growth of his career, as he gained valuable insight on the different strategies insurance carriers use to save money from a claim. Marc is a special lecture in the State of Florida and is a recognized as an active practitioner throughout the state of Florida.
Marc has been with Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa for over 27 years and still exudes that same passion as the first day he started. Marc works with clients from all industries such as agriculture, construction and public safety. Marc has seen every type of case over his career and there are very few issues he hasn't experienced at one point in time. He has represented thousands of injured workers and his extensive experience with disability claims helps him secure the most desired outcome for his clients. He understands the inner workings of insurance companies and has earned a reputation within the community for his success at compelling insurance providers to pay the benefits due to his clients.
Mr. Golden puts his knowledge and experience to use by prosecuting workers' compensation plaintiff claims. Marc has been married for over 28 years and has two children. He has a passion for all things Disney and sits on the board of the St. Lucie County Boys and Girls Club.
