Before joining Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa, Mr. Golden served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. For five years, he tried cases ranging from homicides to driving under the influence or DUI. Attorney Marc E. Golden is also a recognizable name in the Palm Beach area because he handled several high profile cases that received national media attention.

After his work as an Assistant State Attorney, he continued his practice as an insurance defense lawyer, representing carriers in workers’ compensation and personal injury. This period of time was crucial to the growth of his career, as he gained valuable insight on the different strategies insurance carriers use to save money from a claim.

His extensive experience with disability claims helps him secure the most desired outcome for his clients.
