Steven C. Simon Civil Trial Attorney Named a Shareholder at the Firm
Attorney Manages Port St. Lucie Office

February 22, 2006, West Palm Beach & Port St. Lucie FL—Rosenthal & Levy, today announced Steven C. Simon has been named a Partner/Shareholder in the 21 year-old law firm. Steven Simon manages the firm’s Port St. Lucie office, where he also carries a full case load in personal injury and social security disability law. He joined Rosenthal & Levy in West Palm Beach in 2001 and for the past year has headed the Port St. Lucie office. Commenting on Steve’s appointment, Senior Partner Gerald A. Rosenthal states, “Steve took on a huge challenge. He went to a new market and built a practice from pretty close to scratch. Due in part to his leadership, this firm is becoming a household name on the Treasure Coast. Steve’s hard work began the day he joined our firm and is the catalyst in his making partner.”

Steven C. Simon is a civil trial lawyer, concentrating his practice on the representation of individuals in personal injury claims, wrongful death cases, insurance disputes and social security matters. Early in his career, Steve represented insurance companies in tort litigation, including personal injury, professional malpractice, and products liability. His extensive litigation background is now devoted solely to upholding the rights of injured individuals. “My goal is to always provide uncompromising and aggressive representation.”

Steven C. Simon is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Simon earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the St. Thomas University School of Law. He is a Member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL), Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association, Florida Workers’ Advocates and the American Bar Association. Steve Simon is a lifelong resident of South Florida. He and his wife have three children.
