The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 3000 members located throughout the country. Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides information exchange in major cases.

Steven C. Simon is a civil trial lawyer, concentrating his practice on the representation of individuals in personal injury claims, wrongful death cases, insurance disputes and social security matters. Early in his career, Steve represented insurance companies in tort litigation, including personal injury, professional malpractice, and products liability. His extensive litigation background is now devoted solely to upholding the rights of injured individuals.

Steven C. Simon is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Simon earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the St. Thomas University School of Law. He is a Member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL), Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association, Florida Workers’ Advocates and the American Bar Association. Steve Simon is a lifelong resident of South Florida. He and his wife have three children.
