Concentrates Practice on Representing Clients in Workers' Compensation

June 2, 2008, West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, FL — Rosenthal, Levy & Simon, P.A. today announced attorney Nicole V. Hessen has joined the firm in its West Palm Beach office. She concentrates her practice on the representation of injured workers and their families. Commenting on her appointment, Senior Partner Gerald A. Nicole V. Hessen received her Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law. She is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Nicole is a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, as well as the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Active in a host of children's causes, Nicole serves as secretary of the School Advisory Committee at Binks Forest Elementary. Additionally, she serves as a mentor with the Take Stock in Children organization.
