Attorney Ethan F. Kominsky Elected Secretary
Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section

July 15, 2008, West Palm Beach , FL —Rosenthal, Levy & Simon, P.A., today announced Attorney Ethan F. Kominsky was recently elected Secretary of the Florida Justice Association's (“FJA”) Young Lawyers Section. From 2006 to 2007 Ethan served as an At-Large Director on the Young Lawyers Section's Board of Directors.  Commenting on the election Ethan states, “As a consumer justice attorney I am committed to bringing justice to those clients I am privileged enough to serve. My membership and involvement with the Florida Justice Association only furthers my ability to better serve clients throughout the state of Florida.”

The FJA Young Lawyers Section is open to attorneys under 35 years old or out of law school for 10 years or less. Among other activities, the section hosts the annual Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition and the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute. In addition, the Young Lawyers section hosts an annual Lobby Week during the legislative session. As FJA leaders of tomorrow, the Young Lawyers Section is dedicated to laying groundwork that will secure Florida 's civil justice system and the rights of Florida consumers for years to come.

Ethan Kominsky concentrates his practice in personal injury and wrongful death, representing injured individuals and their families throughout the state of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law. A member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Ethan is also a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association Board of Directors and the Farm Worker Coordinating Council of Palm Beach County Board of Directors.
