New Chief Administrative
Officer and Chief Financial Officer Named

November 2, 2006 West Palm Beach, FL—Rosenthal
& Levy recently announced two new positions within
its core management group. Lori A. DeMayo was promoted
to Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”)
after having served five years as the firm’s Co-Administrator.
Former CAO, Ingrid M. Rosenthal has transitioned her
duties to become the firm’s new Chief Financial
Officer (“CFO”).

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lori DeMayo will have
total oversight over all aspects of support staff supervision,
the human resources department and benefits and compensation
programs. Additionally, Ms. DeMayo will work closely
with the firm’s nine attorneys on various business
development and community outreach initiatives. As Chief
Financial Officer, Ingrid Rosenthal’s duties will
center on directing the firm’s financial management
program. Ms. Rosenthal was the architect of the firm’s
internal procedures and systems, many of which have
been studied by other law firms from across Florida.
She will remain a member of the core management group.
