February 19, 2008, West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, FL— Rosenthal, Levy & Simon, P.A. today announced attorney Danialle Riggins has joined the firm in its West Palm Beach office. Danialle focuses her practice on representing workers whose rights have been violated or denied in spite of the protections granted by the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. Danialle advocates on behalf of clients who have been subjected to various types of unfair treatment, discrimination or harassment by their employers.

Danialle Riggins joined Rosenthal, Levy & Simon in 2007. She previously worked as an associated of Sims, Stakenborg, & Henry, P.A. Early in her professional life she served as an English teacher, journalist and judicial child welfare-investigator. Partner Steven Simon commented, “Danialle has a strong sense of duty. Hers is a zealous regard for individuals and their families who have been unduly harmed or wronged.”

Danialle earned her Juris Doctor at Florida Agriculture and Medical University . She is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar. She is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court, North District of Florida. Danialle is also a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, D.R. Smith Inns of Court, Youth Against Substance Abuse, as well as numerous other legal, professional and civic organizations.
