with Scholarship in Hand

Paralegal Joined the Firm as a File Clerk Five Years Ago

May 30, 2007, West Palm Beach, FL—Rosenthal & Levy, P.A. today proudly announces Beatriz “Bea” Hernandez as the recipient of the Rosenthal & Levy Fighting for the Injured Scholarship. Bea completed undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration. She did so while working a mix of part time and full time schedules at the Rosenthal & Levy West Palm Beach office. Bea was recently accepted to three law schools and is in the process of choosing a school.

In a brief ceremony held in Rosenthal & Levy’s main library, Senior Partner Gerry Rosenthal presented Bea with the $5,000 scholarship. “This is a proud day. To see someone start at the very bottom of this firm and ascend to the position of paralegal is gratifying. To see the same person complete the journey to enter law school is just awesome.” Rosenthal continued, “In three short years, it will be my pleasure to welcome Bea back as an attorney of our law firm.”

Bea commented, “When I began at Rosenthal & Levy, I was very impressed by the level of attention and care the attorneys gave their clients. I was inspired so much that I decided to do the same with my life.” She continued, “I hope to again be a part of this firm very soon!”
