2010 Marks Gina's 13th year as a paralegal. Gina Gelling has been named a Florida Registered Paralegal. Gina is a personal injury paralegal in the West Palm Beach office of the law firm. Speaking of the certification Gina states, “It lets my clients know that I am striving for the best in myself and that I will do the same for them.” Gina Gelling is a graduate of Florida State University, a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and a lecturer with the Institute for Paralegal Education. She has been a paralegal for more than 13 years.


A Florida Registered Paralegal is a person with education, training, or work experience, who works under the direction and supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically-delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible. Additionally, all Florida Registered Paralegals must meet the requirements of registration as set forth in the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar.
