Law Partners Named Florida Super LawyersSenior Partner Gerald A. Rosenthal and Partner Jonathan T. Levy were recently both named 2010 Florida Super Lawyers. Gerald Rosenthal was listed in the Workers’ Compensation category. Jonathan Levy is listed in the Personal Injury Plaintiff Category. This is the fifth consecutive year the law partners have shared this prestigious distinction.

Super Lawyers names Florida’s top lawyers as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. 2010 Florida Super Lawyers is based on the survey of more than 44,000 lawyers across the state. The goal was to select as Super Lawyers the top five percent of Florida attorneys in more than 60 practice areas.

Currently, Gerry Rosenthal is lead counsel in three cases of toxic exposure mass workers’ compensation litigation involving thousands of claimants throughout the Southeastern region of the United States. He is currently serving a three-year term as the Union and Employee Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the American Bar Association, Section of Labor and Employment Law. 2010 marks the 20th anniversary of his receiving the Martindale-Hubbell AV rating.
