Joins distinguished group of Florida ParalegalsMonica A. Cruz has been named a Florida Registered Paralegal. Monica is a Workers’ Compensation paralegal in the Port St. Lucie office of Rosenthal, Levy & Simon. Commenting on the distinction Monica states, “I am committed to seeing our clients receive every benefit they are entitled to under the workers’ compensation law. I am also extremely passionate about the plight of undocumented workers who feel they don’t have a voice due to cultural and language barriers.”
Monica A. Cruz has served as a paralegal at Rosenthal, Levy & Simon for more than seven years. A bi-lingual Spanish speaker, Monica is an integral component in the firm’s outreach efforts aimed at Spanish speakers on the Treasure Coast and in South Florida.
A Florida Registered Paralegal is a person with education, training, or work experience, who works under the direction and supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically-delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible.
Additionally, all Florida Registered Paralegals must meet the requirements of registration as set forth in the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
