Today we pause to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr; a man who had a dream, a man who inspired a generation, and a man who changed the world. "I close by saying there is nothing greater in all the world than freedom. It's worth going to jail for. It's worth losing a job for. It's worth dying for. My friends, go out this evening determined to achieve this freedom which God wants for all of His children." -Martin Luther King Jr.

Did you know... Florida AAA offices are giving away new car seats throughout the month of January as a way to increase awareness of a new law that requires children under age six to be in a car seat or booster seat. The new law went into effect January 1, increasing the age of requirement from 3 years to six. A booster seat boosts a child up so that adult seat belts fit properly - across the lap, off the neck and securely on the shoulder. Free booster seats are available from AAA every Friday in January. Appointments are necessary, and seats must be for children who are at least 4 years old. Membership in AAA is not required, though participants must qualify. Only one car seat per family. Call the AAA branch near you for more information or visit the website at www.aaa.com.
