Melinda Shabka Attorney Workers’ Compensation

Melinda Shabka concentrates her practice in representing workers who are injured or become ill as a result of their job duties. It is telling that Melinda once represented insurance carriers and employers. Melinda quickly realized her calling was to help those unable to help themselves. This realization was the catalyst in her choosing to switch sides. A self-described "people’s attorney," she brings the full knowledge and experience gained working for the other side to the fight for her clients.

Melinda's background includes professional experience in the real estate and family law arenas. She has also served as a mediator. All of these experiences equip Melinda to bring an aggressive and spirited representation style on behalf of every client she represents. Melinda is a tenacious fighter. Hers is a strong sense of fairness, justice and equality.

"I really do see myself as the people’s attorney. For every client who needs my assistance, theirs becomes my calling. It’s very rewarding to help another get what they need and deserve.
