Robert A. Cluxton

Robert A. Cluxton brings the firm a unique and well-suited skill set, having most recently served as the financial manager at Looney & Grossman, LLP, a 23 attorney Boston, Massachusetts law firm. For more than eight years, Cluxton directed Looney & Grossman's finance operations.
As CFO, Cluxton oversees an accounting, administrative and support staff of 13. He also serves as a member of Rosenthal, Levy & Simon's management committee. Cluxton works closely with the firm's 12 attorneys on the financial administration of cases in all five of the firm's practice areas. He relies on a strong information technology background to streamline processes, create greater efficiencies and to automate labor intensive or outdated methods.
“My immediate goal is to streamline accounting and database management processes to produce timely and accurate information. This enables financial and operational reporting that helps strategically position the firm as a fierce competitor in the regional legal marketplace,” Cluxton said. “In this way, I too impact the firm's ability to offer clients superlative legal representation.” Robert A. Cluxton received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. He earned a Certificate in Essentials of Human Resource Management from Northeastern University.

Lori
DeMayo

Lori Ann DeMayo joined Rosenthal, Levy & Simon in
March, 2001, bringing to the firm her strong administrative
and marketing skills. In 2006 she was promoted
to the position of Administrator. Lori now has
total oversight over all aspects of support staff
supervision, the human resources department and
benefits and compensation programs. Additionally,
Lori works closely with the firm's seven associates
on various business development and community
outreach initiatives.
In addition to these duties, Lori DeMayo administers
the firm's scholarship fund for children of injured
workers. She also manages corporate purchasing.
Lori DeMayo attended Broward Community College
and numerous continuing education courses in administration,
computer software technology and human resources
management.
Lori DeMayo is originally from Hartsdale, New
York but has lived in Florida for more than 20
years. Her interests include running, boating,
physical fitness training and volunteering. Lori
resides with her family in Stuart, Florida.

Ingrid M. Rosenthal is the Chief Financial Officer
of Rosenthal, Levy & Simon. She has direct oversight
for the firm's financial management program. Ms.
Rosenthal was also the architect of the firm's
internal procedures and systems, many of which
have been studied by other law firms across Florida.
She is also a lead member of the firm's core management
group.
Ingrid has been with Rosenthal, Levy & Simon since
its opening in May of 1985. She is a Certified
Public Accountant. She received her bachelor's
degree from the University of Florida in 1970
and completed postgraduate work in accounting
at Florida Atlantic University in 1977. Her professional
affiliations include the American and Florida
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Ingrid has been active in the community, having
served in the past on the boards of directors
of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County,
Temple Beth David, and the Youth Orchestra of
Palm Beach County and as a volunteer for the Dreyfoos
School of the Arts. Currently she is a member
of the Board of Councilors of the Carter Center.
Ingrid and Gerry Rosenthal met at the University
of Florida, married in 1974, and have lived in
Palm Beach County since 1975. They have a son,
Daniel, who is an Iraq War Veteran and college
student.
